V8 Idle RPMs

Just a quick question on idle engine RPM. What do all of you note to be your idle RPM (in gear) on the 4th-gen V8 4Runners? For example, when you're at a stop light/sign, but in gear? Without the A/C or any setting which causes the compressor to cycle of course. I'm just wondering because mine seem quite low - about 475-500 on the tach (roughly).

My 2003 factory service manual for the V8 engine states: 650 to 750 rpms. It does not specify if the vehicle is in Park or Drive.
