Vehicle dangles from parking garage in downtown Austin

Anybody notice the Silver Trail Edition right next to the dangling 4th gen in one of the pictures? Also, the report reads he was 'slowly pulling into the parking space when the vehicle failed to stop.' I'm gonna go ahead and be a jerk and put this guy in the same pool as all those claiming unintended acceleration in their Prius'
