Vibration at idle?

Disconnect your battery for 10 min. Connect it back.
It should rough idle until your ECU resets itself under normal driving conditions.

Otherwise you may have a misfire

Ive had it going on for almost 7 months now since I first got the car. Its not idling rough at all its just shaking. Idle is right where it should be and perfect. So i doubt its a misfire. Harmonic balancer maybe?

Check your motor mounts. Pop the hood and see if the engine is flopping around.

Another way to tell if your motor/tranny mounts need help is if your shifter moves under your hand under hard acceleration. You'll feel it kick or buck a little.

Makes it a little easier to pull the whole TB off nd fill it full of seafoam, HOPPES9, brake clean or whatever your fancy is. Turn it upsidedown with your cleaner in it, shake it around, let it soak, blow it out with compressor and reinstall. Now is a great time to clean the TB butterfly itself and gride down the D gasket to an O.

Tb is the throttle body, it's the first aluminum bit after the plastic intake tubes and resonators downstream from the air filter, the a IAC is idle air control and it is located just below the TB, part of the TB on our trucks, it's a series of baffles etc that has a vacuum controlled valve that helps maintain enough air flowing past the TB when the butterfly, the bronze circular plate that's opened by the cables from the throttle pedal, is closed.

Basically take the plastic and rubber part of your intake off, then take the four bolts out of the TB pinch off the coolant hoses running through the bottom of the TB and pull that "block" out of the truck off the intake runners then spray and pray. Spray dunk scrub douche wipe brush air blow drip dry wipe off etc...
