The passenger area (no cargo area) molded vinyl with shipping was around $190. It is a pain to install, but if you take your time, it is totally worth it!

Here is the vinyl when I first got it. You're supposed to pop out the moldings and let it sit for 48 hours to get back into shape.

While you have the carpet out, it is a good time to do some sound deadening. I used Peel N Seal from Lowe's. It is cheaper and thicker than FatMat. The smell is also the same (not noticeable even with my picky nose).

Here is the vinyl install.

First, cut out the holes for the transmission shifter and in between the floor pans. Make the cuts smaller than the original carpet. Also, make the hole for the rear heater intake (not pictured) exactly as it is in the carpet- this is great for aligning the vinyl).



Place the vinyl into the truck and start cutting! We used a box cutter and an X-Acto Knife. Be careful about making precise cuts. We made two bad cuts.

Finally, put the seats and trim back in.








Now you should be excited for your clean interior!

I have only driven it once since I did it. It was in the snow going under 25 MPH. My loud muffler was a little quieter than before. I should know tomorrow when I take it into town.

i dropped 75 sq ft of deadener in my truck. makes a world of difference.

3½ rolls so around 40-45 sq. ft.

Drove it today and the sound deadening made a huge difference on road noise. My exhaust is still really loud, but a little quieter. Hope this helps someone!

How thick is the vinyl and how well is it "settling"? It looks like in some of the pictures it's a bit loose fitting and has some creases. Does it conform to the tub as well as carpeting?

Very nice! I did this last summer with a new carpet. I went with a darker tan than the stock Oak. I think your old carpet was worse than mine! LOL
Notice how the carpet fades to almost grey over time.

Thanks, at first I thought it was too golden, I was looking for more of a brown. But it goes real nice with my wood trim. I should have something handy. I didn't put the rear seats back in yet, I'm driving around as a two seater. LOL.

The color is Dark Saddle from autocarpets.com. I paid for the premium thickness so I wouldn't have to do the sound deadening.

It's really thick (I haven't measured it). If you want, ACC will gladly send you a sample if you call. Since the pictures were taken, it has settled down quite a bit. I think it will be even better after the first wave of summer heat. It conforms very well to the contours.
