Smells like snake oil to me. Anytime I see a product that claims so much, I immediately question it's effectiveness...

its the same thing as a car-audio capacitor...
If you have a problem with headlight dimming (on and off for whatever reason), or you have a crappy alternator, it might help..otherwise, unless you have a system...useless

Real capacitors in large values (multiple farads) are about the only thing to be used to filter out alternator and ignition noise. A fresh battery has such low internal resistance that there is not much more to do. Properly sized wire and good connections are number one.
When I bought my Scion H/U the guy included a similar "voltage stabilizer. Had a blinking red/green LED, big fat cables with gold plated lugs and an aluminum case.
Inside is a tiny PC board with a circuit for blinking the LED. That's all. $10 plus $6 shipping to the first fool that steps up...
mine is silver but that will get you better gas mileage....:awais:
