vsc and leveling kits

Hello,
I have a 2005 toyota 4 runner limited and I am adding a brush guard to the front, as you all know it already has a rake to it so I would like to add a 1.5-2" leveling kit to the front in order to compensate for some of the rake. I have heard mixed views some say you can't add a leveling kit because of the vsc and others say it will not effect it. I know when ordering them none of the kits I looked at even mention anything about vsc.

Not sure where you heard that one. A 2" kit is really close to level if you're going that route. Look in my sig for links/pics.

yea not true. i have a spacer lift which is the same as a level kit basically and nothing wrong with my vsc so whoever told you that is wrong

VSC has nothing to do with it, maybe you confused VSC with X-REAS... you can still add a leveling kit to 4runners with X-REAS though.

1.5 Inches is what I've seen result in a nice level look, though 2" I'm sure will work fine as well.

What they've said. sounds like the daystar budget boost kit would work well, it's $40 at 4wheelparts. This will raise the front about 2", maybe a tad less.
