VSC Off VSC TRAC & ABS lights

I've got the same issue on my '03. Nobody local seems to have the Bank 1 Sensor 2 O2 sensor that my code calls for. Conicelli's system calls them front/rear and left/right. Which is which?

NOTE: Orientation of vehicle when ordering Parts. Yota refers to Bank 2 as being the driver side, and Bank 1 as being the passenger side.

Remember: Sensor 1 is before the CAT, sensor 2 is after the CAT. There are 4 Cats on this model… One for each side for each side of the engine exhaust, one for when they twin, and one for the exhaust…

So then Bank 1 (Cylinder 1 side) Sensor 2 is the rear mounted sensor that is essentially under the passenger side front axle?

I had kind of the same issue with a little twist. I started my '04 4Runner V6 one morning and it shook pretty good for about 30 seconds and then it smothed out. Check engine light and VSC/TRAC off lights were on. I drove to work, parked it, started up up 8 hours later same thing. CEL, VSC/TRAC never go off. I replaced the spark plugs, reset CEL (code was #6 cyl miss fire). VSC/TRAC stayed on but shake when it starts was gone for about 3 days then it cames back. CEL again same code. swapped coil pack reset code. 2 days now and the engine shook for first 30 seconds when started then is fine. I'm waiting to see what code comes up. Why does the engine shake for the first 30 seconds or so then goes away? Gas cap in tight and just passed emmisions.

IDK why it shakes. It sounds like you're on the right track w/swapping plugs and moving the coilpack.

Do I have to bring it to a dealer to get the VSC/Trac off lights reset? I read something about jumpering out pin 4 and 14 but that was for an '03.

I had the same issue with my 04, it turned out to be the head gasket!!.
The reason it shakes is because the anti freeze is leaking into the #6 cyl. and causing the misfire. There are several tests that can be performed to determine this. Autozone has a (pump down test - i think) kit for about $30.00 to test for hydrocarbons in the waterjacket coming from the cyl., or as my mechanic did, use an adapter that went in the spark plug hole and ran a FEW pounds of air into it. With the radiator cap off, it bubbled out antifreeze. I found out the details of this problem on this forum.
There are many posts about the #6 misfire" problem(some say it is a design flaw). My mechanic charged me 1900.00 however he replaced some other parts, (chain guides, water pump, belts etc) mine has 157k miles. check it out!!
Hope this information helps, if it is the head gasket it will only get worse and more expensive to fix.
