Warning Lights Question

Anyone have issues with the ABS, Skid Indicator, and 4x4 lights coming on randomly?
This started for me on the last group run... took it to Toyota ~ everything looks fine underneath ~ they cleared codes and couldn't figure out why the front driver sensor was throwing the code. Drove down the street... waiting for my wife with the vehicle running (parked) and the lights came on. I'm wondering if this is a heat related issue... only does it when it's hot outside or the vehicle has been running for a while. I can clear the lights by shutting it off for a few minutes before restarting. Any feedback?

Here is a pick with the ABS and Skid Indicator light ~ didn't catch 4x4 (it blinks)

Hmmm, I wonder if an abs speed sensor is messed up. And if it's intermittent it could be that it's shorting out or not making constant connection.

0 point calibration done after the lift? I was having a similar issue when we were in Calico. Every single time I was at an angle and I started the 4runner, the lights would come on (abs, trac, vsc, check engine), same sensor every single time. I cleared the codes as needed, but never really figured out the problem. After messing with my batteries, alternators, and everything in between (including a reset on my ECU by disco'ing the battery) it seems to have gone away. Not a single issue since. Could all be coincidence, but try disconnecting your battery for about an hour.

Everything (according to techs ~ i'm no expert) looks good underneath. The cleared the codes and tested it out ~ no issues. Left the dealership and the lights have gone off a few times ~ seems to be whenever the temp seems to be above 90° ~ I'll try disconnecting the battery for an hour to see how that works out.

Was worth a shot. Have they given you a code yet? You can go to autozone and they can probably read it too, then check the 5th gen section or Google the code

C1406 ~ open or short in front speed sensor left hand circuit. the circuit and wheel speed sensor were inspected ~ came back good. cleared the code... and the rest is history
