Warning lights

I know there have been a number of threads in the past regarding ABS, Brake, TSC and TSC off lights coming on. However, I am now in that situation and I have tried a number of things and I still have the issue. I tried a zero point calibration replace a wheel speed sensor and a O2 sensor that were throwing codes but still the lights are on.
I took it to auto zone and got the following ABS Codes:
C0215, C1201, C1203, C1223 and C1336. They all seem to relate to the communication between the sensor and the ECU. I know C0215 is the left rear wheel speed sensor which is the one I replace. I also took the ground wire off the battery for 15 min and still no luck. Any suggestions. The brakes work fine and I replace the master cylinder/booster pump assembly last year. Thanks for an suggestions

We need the model year, trim, and drive train of the 4Runner in question. As well as any and all pertinent modifications done to the vehicle (i.e. lift kit, tires, ect) as well as any accidents or damage incurred recently (i.e. hitting a curb, off-roading damage, ect)

C0215- Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Malfunction
C1201- Engine Control System Malfunction
C1223- ABS Control System Malfunction
C1336- Zero Point Calibration of Deceleration Sensor Undone

Was the Master Cylinder Unit replaced as an entire assembly and was it replaced with a new or used part? Who did the installation and was the system bled properly when installed with scantool?

Have you verified that you have a sensor signal going to the ABS via scantool datalist and/or DSO? Also, have you checked the wiring harness from the sensor to the ABS module?

How does the battery test and are all associated fuses and relays good?
