It's part of the radiator.
Therefore, it's a great excuse to justify to your wife/girlfriend/yourself it's time for a new radiator!
And, while you're at it, why not a transmission cooler to prevent future pink milkshake?
However, if all of that isn't in the budget (or doesn't go over with the wife/gf/yourself), jb weld will work. Someone ambitious might use a threaded Barb fitting or a banjo bolt of sorts.

you can glue it as of now. i ran mine broken like that for almost 4 years. it had to glue it back on about every year but it was cheaper for me to glue it then buy a new radiator. I just replaced my radiator this weekend because if that nipple finally gave way and i thought it was time to do something about it.
jb weld or glue it for now and run with it, you will be fine. just remember to check your radiator more often to make sure your good on coolant. (couple times a year)

JB Weld worked on my MR2 all the way up until I sold it, a year or more for sure.

If you have the rear heater, I think it's something like 9.3 qts. You will want to fill the cooling system via the radiator, if it is low, making sure to purge the air out of the system as recommended in the service manual. After that, you should fill up the reservoir bottle with a coolant mixture to the MAX line. Any time you add coolant after that, add to the reservoir bottle.
