Weak power windows!

$2.94

I like to be able to see through the side windows before I drive off. All of the windows in fact.

The other thing is that whenever I thaw the windows out a little and then lower them the ice and snow falls into the truck.

Both of my 19's suffer from the same problem. The windows ice and lock-up very easily. When it gets below freezing my wife and I argue about who's 4R gets to stay in the garage.... I bet you can guess who wins that one...:smow:

Sounds like a common problem. Thanks

Oh yeah op.

Cold ****s with every vehicle. Some people recommend products for your windows. Scraper is also a must.

Silicon spray on your door seals when it drops really low. My turd gen would freeze shut until I wised up.

Yeah I definitely have a scraper living up north! Just used to being able to get a window down with a LITTLE ice on them

Truck is only 2 months old. Voltage is fine. Didn’t check the head lights when starting. But I think battery is ok. It wasn’t even that cold out. Maybe 20F

Yeah dude, that ain't right. My 2015 with a Batteries Plus Battery dropped Windows at normal speed and it was -9 f up in Vermont last weekend. Sounds like you have a shit battery.

On top of the new battery that I installed, I got a $10 ish voltage meter that plugs into my cigarette lighter. When I started the truck, it was around 14 volts.

I was asking about the lights because my headlights would always dim with the stock battery when I would start up the vehicle. No issues with the new battery.

Window wind deflectors help a lot, the rubber doesn't freeze to the glass.

P.S -18C is cute.... Come to Alberta and try some of that -40 weather (-52 with windchill) we have from time to time

Interesting. I’ll have to check the battery!
