Weathertech Side window Deflectors?

I'm going to politely suggest/opine that you may want to try using the search function at the top of the page to look for answers to your questions before starting multiple new threads about products that have been covered in depth many times before. People will be more willing to help you out if you have specific questions and it appears that you've already tried to do your own legwork and subsequently still need more information or clarifications.
As far as the window deflectors go I don't like them and don't have them so I can't help you there.

I have them and I like it. To me, they look a lot neater than the stick on ones. The only draw back is they are expensive and they dont offer as much coverage as the stick on ones do

I have them as well, love them over the avs ones. The rears however are held on with double sided tape and mine came unstuck. Weathertech sent me another roll of tape, I'll reapply once it warms up.

I have the same problem. The fronts will stay put due to the shape of the window channels and visors putting flex pressure on them to hold them up. I'm a smoker so the driver's side stays about 1/2 - 1" open most of the time, and I can tell the tape is loose on it.
The rear ones have a straight drop front and rear and just plain will not stay put with the windows down. I very rarely have back seat passengers so it's not a biggie for me, but I do intend to go with some tape on styles somewhere down the road.
I do love the in channel design, but the very thin tape used to hold them in place is just not very effective.
Something else to keep in mind for in channel styles is the window closure safety feature. My wouldn't close with the auto close feature because they felt pressure from the visors. I had to cycle them up manually and leave them closed for about 24 hours to seat the visors in the channels. Haven't had a problem since though.

Yeah I had the same problem with the auto close feature the first few times I rolled the windows up but since they broke in so to speak I haven't had the problem since. Oh btw, weathertechs customer service pretty much sucks and wasn't very helpful. Luckily the place I ordered from (autoanything) has great customer service and told me if I have any more issues they'll take care of it for me.

The rears all have double sided tape to hold them in the channel, the fronts don't.

The Weathertechs DO HAVE IT IN THE REAR. The fronts snap in the channel and the rears use tape to hold it in the channel.

I wouldnt worry about the double sided tape. I have used multiple sets on different vehicles that all have just the tape and have never had one come off on its own.

Looks like you're stuck either way. The stick on ones obviously have tape, the avs ones have tape as does the Weathertech at least on the rear. So it's unavoidable, you're gonna have some tape.

By far they are the best ones. I had AVS ones on my FJ and the window would get caught on them and after some time they began to bow inwards. Replaced them with the Weathertech ones and never looked back, superior quality.

They weathertechs look pretty sweet and they fit a lot better than some of the cheaper brands.
