The damage to the powder coat looks like it belongs there in those photoshoot. =)

We ever going to do a trail/camp instead of posing in front of ships aka mall crawling?

But then we might scratch the rigs up!
I've been waiting to see a dual swing bumper from Cbi (I saw one at Expo, but with so many things hapoening, I forgot most of it). I pull a trailer and wanted to see what the swingout distance was.
I also didn't realise how many 4Runner people are near by.
Looks pretty ok from here!
A little ot. but did you get or do the offer a high hitch option?
Glad to help out yesterday, it was good to wrench on something, and to enjoy some Elder. Thanks again to LawnDart for being the stand-in CBI Tech Support when we needed it! I look forward to the next mod day, maybe I'll have something to mod on the 4Runner :thumb3:
Looks nice, personally I wouldn't have put the tire on the left, but that's from a year's experience with the CBI bumper, plus it tends to augment the toyota lean as you'll see once the springs settle.
Congrats.

It's literally half the distance. I just had my single swing arm bumper swapped out to a dual swing arm for trailer purposes (I have an XVenture coming). I will say the opening and closing procedure is more complicated for sure, and you really have to get used to it or show people how to work with it.

How much longer did the CBI bumper make your truck? I have been thinking about getting one, but I am afraid I won't fit in my garage.
18-24" is a safe bet.
Thanks, time to go pull out the tape measure! Hope it fits...

FMain89 I don't have a tape measure handy but LawnDart 's estimate is pretty close to what I'd guess.
Quick update on the rear swing out. I mentioned earlier that it was a pain to hold both swingouts in place when latching (otherwise it'd hit the hatch). I just confirmed with CBI that I'm missing the piece that holds one swingarm against the bumper for additional support. I'll either need to send the swingout back to them or have it re-welded and re-powdercoated locally. So far not too happy.
