Weird Thumping/Motor sounds near brake

My 04 4runner is having some issues.

When I ride the break or tap the brake back to back, a little compressor/ Motor sound Will come on. Sometimes it gives a small screech or a thumping noise like a rabbit kicking.

Does anyone know what this is?

check the dynamo the fraction responsible for sending electricity when u turn on the engine or the belt linking the inner circles.

What is the Dynamo and what are inner circles?
