weird wind noise on a 2016 SR5

Hey guys I have got a wind noise coming from the top of the driver and passenger side doors. Its a flapping/vibration/faint clicking sound is best way i can describe it. I can't tell if its coming from the front near the windshield or at the back corner behind my head. Folding the mirror in didn't work and taping over different areas didn't work either. I saw a thread about a knocking sound in the dash and I think I have heard that as well but mostly what I hear is is at the top of of the windows.
