Wet Okole Seat Heaters

I'm considering buying some Wet Okole seat covers for the 4runner. I had them on my 2011 Tacoma and absolutely loved them. I was thinking it would be great to get seat heaters for them this time for the winter.

So my question is this. Has anyone cut the wires on the seat heaters and direct wired them in with a dash switch? I'm thinking it would be a pain to have to plug them in each time I wanted the heat to come on, so an inline switch and direct wired would be sweet. Has anyone done this before?

Besides winter (which doesn't Really exist in Texas) we like 'em to keep the food warm on the way home, woohoo! :cowboy:

I considered asking if they could just leave open wires on the end for me to wire up to in lieu of the cigarette lighter portion, I'm not sure what more I could ask though.

This is what I did. Hard wired into my fuse block, I used them on my old truck and did the 'add-a-circuit' which also worked great.

Seat Heaters

I put them on top of my leather seats and put the Wet Okoles right over the top. Works great for my MW Winters!
