Whammy's '03 V8 Maintenance/Adventure Thread

With the T4R at the body shop for a new trailer hitch and bumper cover, I have started to think of refreshing the suspension components. The main reason for doing this is that the T4R will be coming my full-time daily driver as I will be selling my '03 330i ZHP.
The truck has XREAS and currently has around 127k miles. I am having a hard time justifying new XREAS shocks at $250/shock. I am not looking to lift the truck as it does not see trails. My fear is the fender gap will look to bad if I lift it considering I have already purchased new tires. I am also not sure I need to replace the shocks just yet. My thought was to do the endlinks and bushings and see how the truck responds to new parts.

- Swaybar Endlinks: FL: Moog K90677, FR: Moog K90683, Rear: Moog K80469
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks: Front: 24-239370, Rear: 33-187174
- Burtman Industries 1" Leveling Kit
Optional Suspension Refresh
- New Springs: Moog 81088 & Moog 81045
- UCA - Either OEM or JBA UCAs
- LCA - Either OE or replace bushings (Moog)

It appears I have a fight on my hands with the other party's insurance and it looks like this project is probably dead. The other party's insurance does not want to pay for anything due to the condition of the frame even though their insured hit me.

Spoke with the other party's insurance. It is 90%+ likely that my T4R is being totaled due to not being able to repair the frame and make the car safe.
Part of me is sad, however I am starting to see it is a blessing in disguise due to the frame rust and Toyota's bad design.
