Probably something close in torque to the valve cover bolts. If you could even use an impact driver that would work well too.

If you use a ratchet, put a long extension on the handle for a little more leverage.

Anyone know the size of these bolts? They seem solid but heads are a little smooth.

I am kinda disappointed in my torque wrench. I did not realize the lowest setting is 120 inch lbs so I had to use my guess-a-matic torque wrench and snugged em to what I think was somewhere between 30-50 ft lbs.

Everything went back together like butter and truck starts right up. I got some spare time so I am undercoating the truck with Fluid Film.

So for anyone who is struggling with rusty bolts I highly recommend Kroil and Bacon.

they are weird little bolts

it's been a while but I think they a M4 x 1.0 and only like 10mm long. I grabbed some from home depot and they worked fine.

the ones I used did not have the jis head just normal bolts.
