WHAT ARE THE FAST THAT A 4RUNNER CAN GO ?(higher velocity)

My guess is that the only way to get a 4Runner to reach 150 MPH is to drive it off a cliff and let it free fall to the ground below. Even so, the terminal velocity would probably be in the 110 - 120 MPH range, by my completely unscientific geusstimate.

When combined with a cold air intake and some gumout octane booster, the 4R will achieve higher velocities. Adding a flux capacitor pushes performance beyond supercharging, nitrous or twin turbos.

my next mod is going to be adding 5 or so pratt and whitney J58's on the 4runner, and hopefully i can get up to 15000mph..i mean 150mph

Injected lugnuts have nothing on my gunkulator and HO muffler bearings (+50hp)

I had mine going 110, but the accelerator would keep shutting me down if I tried to go faster. I believe my speedometer only goes to about 115.

Just wanted to take it through its gears after buying it last month. That was really hard on fuel, btw.

Had it bouncing off the govenor for a few miles on the interstate once. 108 mph is tops I believe. It handled very well and a plus knowing all the wheels were balanced.

maybe ... i purchase the 4 runner a few months ago, i just wanted to know, im looking now to a 4 gen 4runner, maybe, at last a cant get more than 18 mpg with the 3gen so im considering this thing and last week i bough an avalon xls, and its very nice too im sellin my 4 runner, was fun to have one, but i travel alot for work and waste so much money in gas, sad but true
