Towed a Honda and got out on the track this weekend. I have a problem, too many red vehicles.

Dang, I hate I missed it. I don't have a FB account (work privacy reasons) but my wife's a member of that group. I didn't notice the ride until too late since I'm not on her FB much.
I need to get out with some other guys with close to stock rigs in the area.

I have been asked how I secured the ARB 2000 awning to my Thule rack on my 4 Runner so I have added some more pics. I drilled 1/4 holes before and after the bracket and used 2 washers as spacers and then 1/4 by 2 through bolts to secure the ARB Universal brackets. The awning and the Thule rack are rock solid and it does not move even with significant lateral forces applied.

Gutted the interior, sanded down and rolled in the bedliner. Don't want it to rot from the inside out. Gotta love these trucks, everything's super easy to remove and re-install.

I wasn't aware that 4runners had an issue with rotting from the inside out. Never had a vehicle with that issue, even after years and years of ownership.

Would you happen to have a map/area/direction of where those trails are? I'm in SC (through internet searches, just moved here and not too familiar yet) Was hoping to find some trails for Memorial day where I could also find somewhere off the beaten path to camp.

Cool mods. Did you find an LED strip that fit the scoop opening or did you fabricate the strip yourself?

At 22500 miles, it's been making a pulsing/grinding sound when stopping. I felt like it was a brake issue. They turned my rotors at 20k but the noise was getting worse, so I took it back. They called later and said they'd determined it was a diff issue. Fluid in the rear end was gray from shavings.
Not sure how it happened. I haven't really done any wheeling, and it's never been submerged. Fortunately it's under warranty.

In the rear diff? Definitely sounds like Toyota warranty claim if I have ever heard one. Please let us know how it goes.
