Overall I really like it. The finish is a little rough but I can easily fix that (I hear they've gotten much better). It's a stout rack. Installs like an erector set. Not difficult at all, just takes a little time and a helper to lift onto the vehicle. I installed it then loaded it up for a camping trip the next day. 1400 miles of driving everything from freeway to trails and not a single issue. Low profile, no wind noise, and supports almost anything you could want to put up on your 4Runner.

Plasti dip smoke the headlight and lower bumpers black. Not sure if I like the smoke headlight thu.

Great minds think alike! Cheers... I also just powder coated my rack and skid plate (desert tan) I'd say it's almost and exact match.

Simple green and 303 on the plastic..I usually keep on top of it after trips...spent most of my time tiding of my rats nest of wires...

Got A Little Stuck on Glass Mountain
Out this weekend east of Mammoth CA running around Glass Mountain on way to the Excelsior Mtns. in Nevada. Deep hole in some mud, another person on the trip winched me out. Great trip, although still doing trimming to reduce rubbing with the 34"s.

We stayed from Friday night through Tuesday morning--already back in SF. I want to do another road trip up to Portland again, but this time with off-roading and meeting up with local T4R members thrown in.
