AJT designs steering wheel emblem overlay. Finished my Ram Mounts for the ICS dash mount kit and better pics of the Cali-Raised LeD hidden grille light bar.

Thanks for mentioning AJT Designs. I've been looking for something like that. I'm afraid the chrome emblem is going to reflect back into my eyes one of these days. I just ordered myself a black one.

installed the revesol/cartrimhome/ebay/possibly vivid racing steering wheel today.

2017 trd orp, 30k miles. peeling pretty bad already. overall pretty easy. used trail4r's guide and it was about an hour from start to finish.

Good evening,

Throughout the past few months, I’ve been researching hidden winch mounts and brands etc. I ended up choosing the cbi one, this one being the least detailed. No finished product, just a bare frame cad image.

It arrives, I slave over it until 3am Tuesday night. The damn thing just doesn’t seem to fit. Once mounted, the plastic bumper would not go back on. This was ridiculous to think about knowing this was installed properly, snugged, and still something wasn’t right.

I get on the phone with cbi the following day. They inform me that that bumper was intended to stick out of the front a little, so not flush behind it. He then tells me I should’ve received a picture of the finished products d a piano hinge for the license plate. I received nothing but the product and hardware.

Seeing as this took forever without instructions and troubleshooting an ill fitting bumper, I feel cheated on this product. It’s advertised as a hidden winch mount, cutting required for fairlead, sure. Same with the rest. There was no disclaimer that this mount is intended to stick through the front bumper.

Don’t get me wrong, the product itself is great, it comes powdercoated, has flawless welds, has gussets appropriately in addition to side mounted bolts for lateral pulling forces.

Unexpected delivery today. Placed order Monday night and received Friday afternoon. The SS3's are backordered 3-4 weeks so I was only expecting the interior LED's.

Also got an opportunity to try out LASFIT's custom LED Pro's specifically made for the 4Runner as well as a pair Switchback LED's (white/yellow)

I think I'll run the switchbacks first and the Pro's after. Stoked to have these this soon, can't wait to install tomorrow.

Transmission Fluid Change

Did a transmission fluid flush... was going nuts trying to get the AT Temp light to come on for the check temperature procedure but it wouldn't, until I realized on my 13 4R it uses the D light :bash:
