Yeah, there was lots of crawling under to look at how it secures, tugging, pulling, checking out clearances, questions about what I liked/didn't, how it would probably be easy to laser cut pieces ahead of time, possible price points (not for me to discuss openly), and that now they needed to get in touch with him to see what he needed/wanted to move this forward.

If it's push button start, then no because it's a safety feature programmed into Toyota & Lexus cars/trucks.

If it's keyed, then just about every one of them.

Went to Badlands NP. Beautiful place! A bit of butt sag all loaded up inside for a week in an Airbnb and the four bikes hanging off the back. The 4runner wasn't all that happy driving all the way across South Dakota on I-90 over about 1138 long rolling hills into a 10-20mph headwind with the cruise set at 80.

My wife's Tacoma is push button start, I installed an Accessorides unit in hers first (she has the dogs with her most of the time). She loves it, as she can cool down the vehicle before loading up. She understands the limitations and works around it. It has a preprogrammed 15min run time, which she uses when she has to run in the store real quick when she has the dogs.

I ended up getting an Accessorides unit for my '19 ORP (with key) and couldn't be happier. It's simple to hook up and program.

That bike rack is a bit terrifying. To me they just stick out too far. It's probably fine but looks unsafe somehow. Badlands looks very cool though.

People leave those on their cars in parking lots and get them ripped off the back by idiots hitting them. I walk at the park every morning and I’ve seen it happen. I have narrowly missed them myself. I think for traveling they’re fine with proper planning, but we all know most people out there are idiots.

Yeah, it's pretty long put together to carry all four bikes. I never understand why folks leave them on their cars folded down flat, even the versions that only carry two, their just begging to get them torn off. Mine's the Yakima HoldUp evo. It folds up 90 degrees when not loaded with bikes and I never leave it on if I'm not transporting bikes. Before we leave on a ride I always fold it back up.

Let us know how it does with articulation and rubbing. I'd be curious as I've considered making that jump from 34s to 35s as well.

Yeah, I second that. I'm considering jumping straight from 33s to 35s (after I regear). I'm sitting a little higher (3.5"F/3"R), but still expect to have to do some additional work (pinch welds, cut front bumper, etc).
