Nice, I may be there. I go there almost every weekend if I'm not elsewhere. It wasn't bad although I forgot that it was school vacation for some, so like every weekend anywhere, it was a bit crowded. Decent snow but there was some exposure in spots. I hate being a weekend warrior.

Went to work this morning at around 4am. Temp was a balmy 17F (5F with the wind chill). Came out to my truck, which was parked on the street, to get something at 7am. I had ice up to the lower part of my rim around all four tires. Water main breaks suck. Put her in D, went forward and came right out. Crisis averted

Went out to GWNF with my little brother today. His truck is an 06 DC Tacoma with the offroad package that he's building as his budget allows. So far he's running 5100s, a deaver add-a-leaf, and the ARB bull bar (CL find). He went almost everywhere I went, except for places where you'd want sliders. Already planning some camping/wheeling trips for the spring and really thankful that my brother and I can enjoy doing this stuff together.
Yep...that is a sheet of ice right next to a sheer drop...I definitely wiped out trying to spot him here.

Day Trip
Joneseyyy posted some outstanding photos, I almost did not bother to post my simple trip, but here it is:
Good snow yesterday, clear and cold today. Had to do a day trip near Lake Arrowhead – very pretty, all was white. Road was mostly OK, we did ice skate a bit in one section.
I really wanted to go; Lynda was still recovering from a cold. She said she can stay home and feel bad or take a ride and feel bad, but see something. – Best wife ever.

Almost what I did in my 4R...more like what I got for my 4R.
About two weeks from payment to delivery from ARB in Australia - awesome!:banana:
Lots of goodies to go through. Posted a couple pics here. Ill post the rest on my build page. Plus, I accidentally bought an extra part that I just might put up for sale. :naughty:
