How does it work/install?

Essentially it's a momentary switch to send a signal to the rear hatch. You tap a live wire like the ones going to the lights on the hatch then tap the red wire going to the lock.

Here's the link to Antman's rear hatch internal release button mod. The switch I bought is tiny so I mounted it to the panel.

I finished up my driver's side a-pillar. I got a couple of stretch marks but I think I learned a little something from my mistakes. Hopefully the passenger side comes out a little better.

I've never liked the '10-'13 SR5 rocker panels. They always seem to dirty up my pants and mounting steps is a pain. Last night I ordered the '10-'13 trail rockers and front caps and the '14-15' extension flares for the rear doors. I'll have to take them and the truck to the body shop next week so they can be painted and fitted.

Yeppers. 6-1/2's in the door, 3's in the dash and tweeters in the a-pillars. I just installed the passenger side, I'm pretty happy with them. Not perfect but not bad for a first attempt.

Some knock your socks off stuff right here :biggrin1: ... OEM wiper blade replacement... new inserts $12 for both and 5 minutes... Only because it drives me nuts throwing away perfectly good assemblies every time you change wiper blades. Oh and I just got two+ years out the first set, they were originals.

Got to get home and get my opposings letters off to my Rep. Holy crap this bills are destructive. They weren't shitting when the said I-594 was just the beginng to stripping our rights!

Same here. I ditched my Limited rockers for trail and love the look. Getting my extension flares painted this week also.
