Exactly, I was hesitant to go with that because I don't have all the stuff yet but one of the guys there told me he ran them without the mods and he was super happy with it.

I can attest to that good ride quality. They were a little stiff at first but work great now and even better with the truck loaded up. RTT, 82qt fridge, supplies and 3 dogs.

Finally home after waiting around all day.
Drove to dealer across town for cheapest oil change I've had on this yet, $34! Don't think I could buy the oil alone for that! Also had them assess the passenger lean, measured at 1/2". Within spec of course but they did offer $180 KDSS calibration if I wanted, declined at this time. Drove to Discount Tire for my free rotate and balance since I bought tires there. Finished it out with a stop at Firestone for the lifetime alignment check, all in spec. At least I made good progress on my book today. And of course lots of the mechanics everywhere complimented and drooled over the 4Runner [emoji2]
I might have gotten a line on somewhere that will do the Big 3 upgrade and drop in the new DC Power 270A alternator when I get it.

I'm hoping that with KDSS, rear-sliding cargo tray, skids, sliders, & a couple of dogs that there's enough extra weight to make those springs tolerable before I get bumpers.
