What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Toyo M/T 295/70/17. I don't have a lift yet, they looked close to fitting on the back. Your input gets me more interested in a lift now.

A lift has nothing to do with fitting larger tires. Its all about the proper wheels and trimming. Let's say you get the 295's, they will still have to clear at full bump with the wheel at full lock.

I put on the 1.25 spidertrax today.. You can hardly tell... Its nice and subtle... But with all the stuff I have read about moving the fender forward and body chomp chomp, I never expected to rub with my little 265's on it... And it rubs at full lock... So if you wanna know what I am doing to/in my 5th gen tomorrow it's pulling the fender forward. :bash:

Put new plates on

Dealership called and new plates came in. Picked them up and saw this one on the lot ready for someone to take it home.

Got my motivated to take off my running boards so picked up a 13mm socket and 20 minutes later they are off. I might put these up for sale. Not sure yet.

Oh Yeah, put the new plates on, updated the toll tag info, and plasti-dipped the limited logo on my way to blacking out the chrome.

This, this, and this. 295s will fit your TE but all these should be taken into account.

Spidertrax went on yesterday and today was fender trimming day... I did Harper's fender pull forward trick, worked great but still had some rub in the mudflap, so cut it out.. No rubbing which is nice... Someday I'll join the big boys and go 285's so ill have to do a body chop but for now it does the job.

MedEng suit might protect you from the "blast"... But we'd need to add some type of airpak to reduce the smell.

Payed a visit to the old folks for the weekend. Took my dog are theirs for a walk and rode them in the runner.

Of course I gave it a good clean on Friday just for all three of them to run in the creek (aka city sewer) and shake themselves dry inside. Well I quess its being used for what its built for!

Got it dirty. Headed out to GWNF to run some trails I haven't done in a while. Great day, first 'at speed' test of the new Omege rear shocks. Good news is they are awesome! Bad news is now I need some in the front, and to adjust my front c/o's a tad up (tires hitting top of wheel well on hard compression).

Nothing out there a stock limited can't do. You'd have to be pretty careful in rocky sections to not scratch your rims (if you care about that), and you're likely to get some pinstriping, but other than that it is all doable.
