It seems odd that you would remove the glass from the passenger side mirror. Hmmm??

I drove a popular motorcycle route through the Hill Country northwest of San Antonio today. Beautiful drive. Probably would have been funner with a Vette or Camaro, but the 4R sufficed just fine. I even ran into this group of original off road vehicles looking like they had just finished the route. I'll be meeting with a group of central Texas off roaders tomorrow to go play at The Canyons ORV Park, up north of Fredericksburg.

Built myself a storage box for the cargo area! Lots of great build threads for drawers, but I didnt have the material/know how to do drawers, so I opted for a top open box. I didnt really buy any material apart from the hardware; 3/4" finish ply would be better for the whole thing, but I used scavaged 2x4s from another project. They were really pretty easy to deal w/ if you dont have a nice table saw to deal with ply sheets. The top (each side opens independently) is a finished maple ply (also scavenged). If anyone is interested, I could make a thread with some other pictures! Not perfect, but it fits, and looks better than I thought (I am not handy..) Now just need to fill them
