Yeah, I have the 2" lift long travel spring in the heavy version. I liked the billet version.

The fiancee was out of town so the dog and I went camping (in back of the 4Runner when possible). Spent a few days in the Blue Ridge and hiked some of the Appalachian Trail. Also discovered some ORV trails in George Washington National Forest; I think the 4Runner enjoyed flexing it's muscles a bit in the wilderness where it belongs.
This forum has been huge motivation to get back out and enjoy all the wilderness here in VA.

1st Day Wheelin' with my new to me '11 TE
Daughter and I took a drive today up above Long Barn (CA) to wheel for the first time in my '11 TE (Nav & KDSS). Good chance for me to give my initial impressions of the 4Runner:
Love the look. Bone stock lease return... only had 34K on the odometer when I got it. I really like the ride... I don't know if it is the KDSS, but when driving in town, very little roll in the corners. Nice having the extra room too... I can take the 100 LB German Shepherd with me and he's got plenty of room, even with some gear in the back.
The long up-hill grades seem to tax the V6. But I knew the 4R was not going to be a speed demon.
Now the best part... the machine is amazing off-road. I got to try out the Crawl Control and nothing even slowed it down (granted I was not rock climbing).
My favorite vehicle of all time was a 2002 Tacoma TRD Offroad, 4-door... until now. We are going to have a lot of fun with our new TE!

Yea, you definitely won't get that without new UCA's. Let me know and we can install them. It is very easy.

What are the negatives of not getting the caster all the way back? Are there any major problems is can cause?

Gotcha - I got the springs in "medium" which might be why I needed the 3" bump stops? Anyway, good luck with the install thanks for the info!
