I used to be OCD when it came to washing. That's why I got white this time, can hardly see swirl marks at all. So much less stressful than other colors, plus I got tired of being "that guy" who says don't wash my car and gets all the looks from people.
Hmmmm.....never got those looks, maybe it was the way you said it! :director:

went for a long drive up to bakersfield from LA to pickup my new toy:uzi:
truck did pretty well on MPG ... avg 20 mpg even over the 2 huge mountain ranges on the way out of LA... :beer:

My reality is the same with a 80 mile daily commute. However, my 4Runner does the job just fine

Filled up my tank last Friday with 23 gallons at $1.67 per gallon after the $0.70 center per gallon discount I earned with my kroger points.
But legitimately on a business trip I took, this week, I saw gas in Franklin Indiana for $1.90. 2 of the 4 stations were out and the other 2 had lines for each pump over 10 cars deep. Looking like the old photos of when the US had to ration gas.
Just topped off my gas tank with 12.364 gals @ $1.779/gal = $22.00 at Sam's!
I can't remember when I last paid that price for gas.....

It's been great here. I haven't seen a station above 2.00 in days. Most are right around 1.90. Rumor is there is one station at like 1.75. Filled up for $38 bucks the other day and had to do a double take at the pump.
People are worried all the big oil companies in town are going to start laying off, good thing I work in the banking industry

I'm thrilled at gas with CDN$3.69/gal. Haven't paid that since the bottom of the market in 2008. Just hope these low prices don't depress the housing market. Low oil prices are less beneficial to the Canadian economy. A lot of people with little to no education make 6-figures working in Canada's oil patch. Doesn't appear prices will stay this low very long though.

Nice, what area is this? I am heading up to Naches/Rimrock area tomorrow to play in the snow. We usually just go until we can go no more, but this year's snowfall has been unusually dissapionting.

I thought the snowfall was going to be disappointing in this area, too. But that was not the case. More snow than I thought would be up there.
We were trying to get to the Fortune Creek Trail, but could not. So stayed on the Salmon La Sac road north of Cle Elum Lake in the Wenatchee National Forest.
How is Naches? I heard it's kind of difficult and requires a good about of ground clearance and under body armor...
