Took it to the first service appointment, had a appointment at 1:45, at 2:30 asked for the service manager, asked what was taking so long, "They're working on it right now, the 5k service is very intensive and takes awhile". The look on his face when I pointed to it sitting in the same spot I parked it in when I got there was priceless. 10 minutes later and a lot of apologies it was done and I was on the road. There was only 5 people waiting in the waiting room when I got there and its a large dealership.

Adjusting ride height isn't going to fix a pull. Get an alignment.

Yes but in all fairness we checked the depth with a stick first and bottom was hard clay. The KM2's performed as expected (great) in the terrain they were designed for
. It was a rainy day and the tires did phenomenal on the rocky trail aired down to around 18psi

Last night actually.....
Drove home from Glamis.
First trip pulling the 8 x 16 ft. Carson trailer loaded with my Christmas present. Yes, if there was any doubt, I have the best husband on the PLANET!
4Runner pulled it like a champ. Good news is it had no problem cruising down the road at 65-73 mph comfortably. More good news is that it pulled the hill getting into Yuma no problem, just kicked down a gear and I sailed up at 68 mph. Bad news is I averaged 10.0 mpg.
Oh, put a brake controller on it. Worked great. Braked like trailer wasn't even there. Next, to search forum for a better mounting place for controller. Knee air bag made it difficult for quick easy install.

We had a pretty good hailstorm last night in San Diego at about one thirty in the morning. Naturally , I was out taking pictures of my hail covered truck. Right when I came inside a Montero Sport crashed into our neighbors retaining wall and into their yard. I stayed out with the two girls until the cops came. Right in the middle of everything one of the cops asks me if I live in the house with the car in the yard. I point next door and he says "Oh man, thats the 4Runner that I see around here all the time!" So the car is in the yard, the girls are getting hailed on and he and I are talking about our trucks.

Didn't do anything to it today, but I ordered my lift this morning. Toytec Boss with SPC upper control arms. Can't wait to get it under the runner

I was hit by some jack ass' light bar during the day recently. Idiots! And I saw another guy leaving my dealership with his light bar on as well. Morons I tell you!

That's why mine are wired so that the high beams have to be on for the light bars to work. Also helpful for that once in a while when you come upon another vehicle in the middle of nowhere, you can cut all your lights at once.

Took my one year old son into the ER, he had a 103 temp and had a seizure. One of the most scary feeling in the world is to hold your child in your arms while they are seizing and you can't do shit. Retrospectively, it was one of the most humbling to experience.
Looking back at the events, I feel very lucky to have a reliable vehicle to take care of my family. Yes, it's more of a mall crawler, but I believe in being over-prepared. Duratracs for me was an overkill, but I drove faster than I normally would in snowy conditions and I had complete control. So the Duratracs IMO paid for itself. If there was a traffic jam, I would hop the curb and drive on the snow covered lawn/sidewalks and know I would make it to the hospital with no time lost, so the lift that allowed me to comfortably go bigger in tire size to increase my clearance for snow was worth it to me. I could go on but I just want to say I would not be able to do any of those things without the helpful reviews and answers to my silly noob questions. Thank you everyone and Happy New Year!

Great cooler I have the 45qt. Wife and I took it on a week long camping trip with some dry ice and everything stayed frozen. What size did you get?
Excellent! I got the 45qt as well. I'm looking forward to using it on some family outings.
