Spent some more money on it. Ordered 265/70/17 Firestone Destination A/T's, Fluid Film for the frame and G2 caliper paint.

Still the factory sized tires, just switched to BF K02s. Also, no lift. I might go to stiffer shocks and struts in the future, but that's all. 9.5" ground clearance is plenty for light off roading.

I forget if the rear or the front cover is the hard one to remove, but why not just take it off and pop out the dent? If you're going to be off roading it's gonna get expensive to replace the plastic pieces every time one gets scuffed.

Spy Shots?
Driving to work this afternoon, I passed two transport trucks.
One was full of vehicles that were completely covered with a white cover that had small holes in it for the headlights, a place to look though the windshield and not many more. Also, there were no tell tail logos that I could see, not even on the wheels.
The second ones had more holes cut in the rear glasses.
Then I caught up to this next one in the photo and noticed some range rovers up top on transport carrier. Could I have happened upon some concealed new sports models that the mfg doesn't want seen yet, possibly some spy shots?
Is range rover going to release a sports car 4WD or AWD or were these vehicles just ride-alongs ?.

High end cars always ship with covers. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc. The fact that its with Rovers makes me think its a Jag... F-type? Looks like the 20" blade type wheel option.

Yep, could have been.
The wheels on the first transport didn't have wheels that looked like that.
I really couldn't tell what they were.
The ones pictures had 2 tail pipes on each side as well, might be hard to tell from the photo....

I had these on my 4th gen., then put them on my 5th gen. in a 285. They were great and super in snow.
Now I have these BFG KO2S...they are great off road but man, what rock chuckers they are. I have a gravel road from my house to my barn and everytime I have to drive up those tires pick up rocks, and wait until I'm going 65 to let them go. Yikes!
