My botched surgery has me on the verge of letting the 4runner go. Never expected to be in this situation, but 9 months of no income and 3 to 6 months of no driving. ..I have my 6 yr old son who starts school today and a giant stack of doctor bills I already have to pay. This surgery was suppose to help me but instead made things worse and put me more steps back than forward
...now to see if someone wants to take it over for what I owe on it. It will be a steal of a deal :-(

Maybe after things get settled I'll be able to afford something again. But right now family is first.

Sorry to hear that man! I'm sure someone up there would take over payments, they would be getting a steal. Sorry about your situation tho...

Received the stuff I ordered from Adventure Tool Company. I got their large shop roll, the medium tarp, and one each of the large and small pouches. [MENTION=55815]Okki[/MENTION] did a write up of the shop roll on his thread a while back. I wanted one ever since

The draw for me is that this will hold all the tools I realistically need (including the tarp) for a wheeling trip but without the rattles of a tool box. The tarp is perfect to throw down on the ground if you need to wrench. I plan to use the pouches inside my action packers to protect my winch controller and keep things like clevis shackles and other small gear from rating around.

First run with it will be this weekend :-D

I was bored so I finally dipped the rear emblem, came out pretty clean. Hardest part was getting the excess out of the smallest portion or the Toyota emblem.

Thanks. I ordered it online at DipYourCar and the color is Anthracite Grey just in case anyone wanted to know. I bought a glossifier also but didn't use it. Pretty simple really. I just followed these directions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8Gfd46AxLw and 1 hr later I had the final results

Just sealed the deal on me picking that color up, I was going to get some and do a color comparison for people before I picked but that's what I'm going for. Tired of blacked out.

it hold sup great. I rocked in my 2011 for 3 years and never peeled or faded in the Florida sun. I am getting ready to hit my 2015 with the anthracite dip as well

I've had my wheels and all chrome dipped for a year. Emblems are fine. I went off road with my wheels so they caught a couple dings on the trails last fall. The front is going to get tiny dings from bugs or rocks but is easily repairable with a small brush. I highly suggest the glossifier to prevent fading.

Took the T4R on it's first real trail ride up Wheeler Pass above Cold Creek, NV. Aside from earning some wicked desert pinstriping, it handled like a champ running fully stock. Went with a buddy's Raptor and another's Wrangler, could've used an extra inch or two in a couple spots but nothing the T4R couldn't handle! Can't wait to push up into Southwestern Utah next, now just need to take care of those pinstripes to get the wife calmed down... I must've repeated "I hope these stock tires hold up" about 150 times, maybe the subliminal messaging worked and she won't kill me when I slap some new treads on here soon! And yeah, I took the right shoulder a little too high, hence the back-up lights! Freaking noob...
