Not to just randomly disagree, the hauling bulk compost for a garden is much more pleasant when it's in the back of a truck instead of the back of an SUV. That (and hauling bulk topsoil, bulk mulch, large furniture, etc.) is the only thing I really miss about my pickup.

Those are the reasons that I wanted the truck I had, then after a year realized that the open bed was a hassle day to day, didn't move near enough items to warrant a need for a bed.

That's what utility trailers are for! Better to have an SUV and trailer than a pickup.

This suites me better than a pickup for my everyday. I need rain protection.

But my original statement pertains mainly to the stuff that you can directly compare between the two. Comfort, finishes, towing, safety, passengers, a-trac...

My sister has the weathertech mats installed in her 2009 Murano. She hasn't used then in the winter season yet, but they feel more porous and softer than the husky weatherbeater ones.

This supports one video review I found that the weathertech ones may stain easier and/or is harder to clean out than the harder, more plastic feeling husky weatherbeaters.

most people dislike how they are plastic feeling, but I feel as though this will make them easier to clean, and keep them looking better longer than the weathertech ones.

That's exactly why I chose the Husky's over the WeatherTech's. Honestly, I like the look of the WT's better, but functionally the Husky's worked better for me. I had a set in my old Jeep and it was a piece of cake to wash the all-to-common mud out here in the PNW.

Should be ordering my MetalTech sliders and lift within the next couple of weeks, thus blowing my 2015 play budget. Thankfully 2016 is only a few months away. lol

Yes you can use the stock projectors. They really have a good cutoff in my opinion. I did my from TRS, Xenon Depot offers a kit too. Its definitely worth looking into!

Nice. I did mine with Lexus IS 350 projectors. I'm happy with how they turned out. Did the same fog lights as well, so between the two the light output is much higher than stock.

Yep, I used the stock projectors. I concur, they have a nice cutoff and look OEM, but better. The bulbs are Phillips 4300K. The warm up pretty quickly and have a nice white light that doesn't scream aftermarket. :bluejump:

BTW, my LED fogs came from TRS. Very nice lights as well.

new PIAA Plasma-Ion Yellow fog lights!

Ordered a set of PIAA plasma-ion Yellow fog bulbs (h16), they arrived in the mail today so I didn't waste any time installing them!

Look really good IMO, i'll take better pictures at night... they don't look "ricey" like some yellow bulbs i've seen. I will see if it really makes much different in snow/fog/rain.

Now I want to do Antman's independant fog light mod! I wish Toyota would have just made that factory hwell:

I went with the Morimoto XBs as well. The output is great! And I can actually see the road in heavy fog.
