After a long wait for these to arrive I mounted them this morning.

I couldn't get that little thing opened when I tried the other day. Didn't realize that's what it was. I still have free towing from Toyota so I might as well use it the one time I can. I will ask them about the sensor though, thanks.

Edit: Holy crap, thank you. I checked the fuse, it was blown, replaced it and now it works.

Did it start again? You still probably need a new sensor; the fuse just buys you time until it happens again. At least, that was what happened with mine. Sensor was like 280 or so...

Yeah it works, I think I caused a surge yesterday that blew the fuse. I still drove it in and had them test the sensor and they said it was all good. Picked up an extra fuse just in case. I didn't have to unplug the sensor though like you did after I started it up after replacing the fuse, so I feel pretty good at this point that it was just the fuse.

Spent today taking out this stupid large DVD player of my 2010 limited only to find a huge nasty hole in the headliner . Also trying to figure out how to get my dome lights to turn on when I open the doors. I assume that the previous owner changed it to just on/off to supply the stupid DVD with constant power, but I don't know how to change it back.

saving up for wheels, tires, blacking out the chome, CAI, lift and perhaps a gobi rack/ ladder. So it will be a while with 2 kids in day care. $2K a month, FML.

A couple of days ago, I noticed the plastidip at one of the letters had begun to peel (due most likely from the carwash pressure).
So, I removed it, removed the plastidip, used Duplicolor Self-Etching Primer, then sprayed it with Duplicolor Semi Gloss Black Acrylic Lacquer.

installed my Front Runner Slimline II rack last night. it was too dark to get any good pics so I took some today. This is 8" longer in the front than the rack on the Frontline website.
