What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Im' curious too. It looks like these covers are exactly the same as in my 2012 SR5. I'm interested in how did you remove these pieces - the manual says about some clip to be cut, which later must be be replaced with the new one (for 80 bucks).

I wanted to run a wire down the driver side A pillar, but I did not want to pay 80 bucks every time I take the cover out. :noidea:

I was able to pull the a pillar trim out about 3/4 of an inch to run a mic cable behind it. (2011 SR5). The trim piece popped right back in place. I couldn't completely remove it but didn't try to hard since the air bag was behind it.

Yellow fog upgrade

I upgraded my fog bulbs to the Philips Yellow LED fog bulbs. I like them so far! Install pictures and before/after shots on the build page.

Any plans for a lift?

Looking at the Daystar leveling spacers for the front. There is no rubbing but the 275s are fairly tight up there. My goals are to build it out to something that is moderately capable offroad, while still having on road comfort and reliability. This is my daily driver so I spend a lot of time just sitting in traffic. That's why I opted for the Limited vs Trail. Just hated those 20s

With those Yaesu's can you get a handmic that's also the speaker? I'm debating getting one of those and tucking the main unit under the passenger seat.

Were on the same boat, im also running 275 55 20s ATs and this is my daily driver and need something reliable, im just looking for a minor lift ,i was thinking maybe going with bilsteins 5100 all around and maybe set the fronts at .85, just to level it out.

Do you know if the stock rear springs accommodate the bilsteins with 1.5 spacers? I been told if i went with the 1.5 spacers in the rear it will give me a ridiculous rake also by going with a with the bilsteins front set at 1.75 do we need to replace the UCAs?

ya! well not really, just the 90 degree reroute and some black paint. got to test her out tho and no more stanky eggs, the dogs love hanging out the back so the rear window is down quite often.

Took off the mud flaps. Will mould some kydex to cover the gap

have you gotten around to shaping those kydex pieces to fill the gap? i took mine off a little while back with the intention of doing the same, but haven't used kydex before so it's just been sitting in the garage.

I tried it and it didn't come out as nice as I thought it would. I decided to leave the gap haha

I'm running 5100s with stock springs... Front at 1.75 and 1 inch rear spacers. Zero issues ('cept some rubbing from the Spidertrax)... Just the right amount of rake for me. Can't imagine another half inch would make a huge diff... But I believe most guys here with 1.5 inch rear spacers are running the highest setting up front. And "no" on the UCAs at 1.75. I believe you can run stock UCAs with highest setting as well.

Where did you get your 1 inch spacers and what brand is it?

Almost done with my interior LED's being done. Did them all with Philips and now just have the vanity mirror ones to do. Not sure what brand to use to get them to match the rest. Seems that's the only one Philips doesn't make. :violin:

Hi man, can you please tell me what tires you rock and what spacers. I really like the look and I want to get some bigger tires once I lift my truck. I have all the parts just need to gather up some more cash and find the time to do the install.
