After saying I wouldn't, I installed Spidertrax because I live down the street from them and was getting clearance issues with my FJ steelies and lift when snow would get jammed in the wheel wells.

Ordered my Shrockworks sliders with TE trim. Next up Toytec boss or ultimate? HCP4X4 here in Denver recommended Boss with Eilbach over ultimate with Billstein. Suggestions? Denver area 4runner let's run some trails this spring?

Installed my shrockworks sliders/steps. Ended up doing it myself. Wasn't too bad once I realized that my kid's wagon with a blanket for padding was the perfect height for maneuvering them into position. Once I got the first threaded bolt in the front, I replaced the wagon with a jack stand so I'd have more room.

Didn't drill the front passenger or mount the rear passenger gusset since the provided bolt wasn't long enough. I'll have to pick up a bolt next time I'm at the hardware store.

I'm going to have nightmares about those stick nuts!

Even the wife says they look good!
