I got a brand spankin new headliner today, on Toyota's dime! Previous one was dirty from repairing the rear gate seal.
Holy moly this thing is spotlessly beautiful!
You would puke if you saw mine. I think it's a shade of black now. After years of camp fires, beach driving, muddy trails, and dirt roads I've given up on it all. :focus:

You can get carbon ones, I've tried both. For whatever reason I like regular in winter and carbon in summer. I bought from premierfilters.com
I upgraded to this one. There are cheaper versions but this one had more pleats for better filtration.

cut it to fit... if it's good enough for the house, it's good enough for the car and one sheet lasts the lifetime of the vehicle...I get 5-6 uses out of each cut before replacing it with a new sheet.... been using this in our vehicles for 5 years now and still have half the sheet left. My wife is allergic to everything just about and it keeps the interior smelling great and dust free.

Ah damn. Took my 4Runner through a touchless car wash and the fans from drying it blew my weather stripping on the roof off. It just dangled to the side so I pushed it back in but I'm not too sure its secure in there.
Anyone know if there is certain way you need to push it in to secure it?

It should just pop down. Where did it pull up from? If from the very front near the windshield, there should be some adhesive there. If anywhere else, the ends should all be held down by something.

Its the section between the 2 caps for the roof rails. It came up by the front cap and all the way back to the 2nd. I pushed it in but it didn't go in easy and feels kinda off.
it slides into or snaps back into it shouldn't be hard -I own an auto glass business do stuff like that all the time don't force it you could bend the plastic channel pull it off and see what it looks like inside then look at the bottom part of the trim and use your noggin ! If you do screew it up get some butyl tape and it will hold it down

Studied the brochure for the thousandth time and hopes it comes in by mid -March :zoom:
They don't seem to want to fit tight when pushed back in that way.
You might want to loosen the front rail mount, then lay the strip in from the back. Make sure the channel is clean (no PNW moss or anything in there) and then just feed it in. It should go down easily but have a little resistance. You can always add something to the bottom of the mount (a thin rubber foot or something) to add a little pressure to the front. Not much though as it will deform the strip.
