You're probably right, I guess it depends on how much use they get! Thought maybe a different color would help in low light.

I spent six hours running the Mississippi Hill Country Loop of the Trans-American Trail.

Started the battery system upgrade, will most likely copy the Antman dual battery set up, but first step was putting in a large dual purpose odyssey battery, and new tray in place of the old factory position. Hardest part was lifting that big ass battery in, 205 min reserve capacity seems like most folks who have this battery say they can run electronics for up to two days with out needing to start... Not even sure I need another battery now.

Had to bend the connectors quite a bit to get them back in and not happy with how they fit, positive wire doesn't have enough length so it is pulled too tight and rubbing on the battery... Need to figure something out but it runs and starts fine

running the same thing in my 4th gen. i have had it for a week or so now and it sounds a lot better starting and i have had no problems with electronics

Since a a lot of people are having issues with rust on the tailgate from rail dust (iron fallout), I figured I should treat mine while it's still new and get into a good preventative maintenance program.
