2014 Trail Rocker Trim

Took the evening to install 2014 Trail Rocker trim in preparation for C4 Rock Sliders to arrive tomorrow. I need to have the rear fender molding painted before Ill have them installed after the 4th.

Went to Mammoth Lakes this past weekend to do some trout fishing. Didn't catch any and it was hot as hell.

Had to drive through Mojave where it was 108deg.

What recovery boards are those? Do you like them? I was looking for some that would fit horizontally in a gobi as I believe maxtrax are too long.

May be time to bite the bullet and buy the CBI bumper i have booked marked.

FWIW, if you pull the bumper panel and work it with a heat gun i'll bet you can restore that to 95% of its former self. not the cracked plastic garnish, but the body panel itself.

Drove up into the Great Smoky Mountains NP and helped the National Park Service, TWRA, and Trout Unlimited clear rainbow trout from a long stretch of stream. High voltage is much easier than fly fishing. :fishing:

Agreed. I picked up a Wagner heat gun made for paint removal. It worked fine. I had a smaller but similar dent in the same panel on my 5th gen. Once that plastic is hot enough it gets pliable.
