Sliders

Put on my shrockworks sliders today. They seem like solid pieces of equipment but good lord are they annoying to install. For one, why are the supplied bolts so short??

Getting ready for our trip to SW Colorado later this month to hit some trails.

The orange one is a 1970 and yes I am building it right now. I took off a few days for a long weekend to hit it hard. The gold one is a 1969 and runs pretty good - needs body work but is not bad. Both have V8s - one a 3 speed the other a 4 speed. The 70 I am building into a " End of the World" Rig- the 1969 I will restore to stock.

Dang, did not even notice the 69 Scout there. I had a 67, it had no rust and low miles, but was sitting for a very long time, and it needed totally restored. I bought it but I understood soon it was way too big of a job for me, so I sold it to a Scout enthusiast.

Completed the 101 class today at Rausch Creek with [MENTION=119302]4RunnerAquasport[/MENTION] and a lurker on the forum who had a very nice 2016 Silver Trail! What an awesome experience! Also saw [MENTION=126590]bloodninja[/MENTION] out on the trails...sweet rig!
