Still rubbing due to offset. I trimmed about 1/2" off the bumper but still have to heat gun and reshape the liners a bit more. Crazy how tight it is... my 1500 cleared 295s without any issues on a 1" front spacer.

Got an alignment and got my wheels rebalanced. Also replaced the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Time to lube the propeller shaft and retorque the bolt since I don't trust dealerships :bluejump:

Switch location: the switch needs to have clearance below it to engage and move when hood is closed. This spot allows plenty of clearance.

Today I picked up the boat from the shop. They replaced the rotted stringers and floor over the past 2 months. The upholstery guy should have the seats rebuilt in a week or two.

I had to play musical trailers in the cul-de-sac to get the boat back where it belongs. Taking the utility trailer to park in the lot at work so that I can sell it.

Upgraded my Tires to BFG KO2's got the same size as stock in load range C, IMO they ride better than the Nitto tires that came on the Pro

After much debate, I finally settled on my suspension upgrade. Opted for OME BP-51's, big bang for the buck, simplicity, and easy instal.

Sitting about 3" up, still have a slight forward rake, but once i get my drawers, spare back on, and everyday gear it will probably settle out. If not still not too worried as I'll load it with camping gear couple times a month.

Anyway, these things are like sex, but I'm having it.

Finally finished the build on my shelf for the back of my bride's 2012 SR5 with 3rd row seats. The end goal was to add some organization that was really modular, working for both daily driving and running around town as well as taking it camping. Eventually we want to do the short term expedition thing, 3-4 days with a week trip here and there. I wanted something that would allow my cooler to fit under so i could slide it out without unpacking all my camping crap from on top of it. It ended up looking way better than I originally expected. I used some scrap 3/4" plywood i had laying around, and a couple of aluminum turnbuckles. All the joints were done with glue and deck screws. The uprights have 3" galvanized right angle brackets for stability. Finally the entire thing was coated with 2 cans of Rustoleum Spray on Bed Liner.

Also dropped in the Toyota cargo area mat, finishing off the rear to look super clean. I made it so that both of our coolers will fit long ways side to side, or one cooler and two milk crates (used as a makeshift drawer system).

I welcome any critiques or suggestions. At this point i'm calling it version 1.6...it's grown since the first assembly.

Went for a short cruise. Little shake down for the 6112/5160.
LACo wildfire cappin out in the background.. it was nice to watch the fire from a distance than be sweating up close to them.
