Well I removed the new rear trailing arms and the noise went away. Noticed a ton of play in the heim joint and then contacted the manufacturer. They suggested a few things and I will try installing them again to see what happens.

Bought it this week, so that is new!

Since this has to be my DD, and I put 22,000 highway miles a year just going to and from work, I think I will avoid serious mods that will add weight/alter the mpg for now.

But I love it! 2015 SR5. Only downside is it was a rental vehicle the dealer bought at auction, so had 63k on the ODO. I figure those had to be mostly highway miles in that short a time span, so should be OK in that regard. Everything seems just fine.

If by this, you mean your PD came out rough and gritty .... it's due to spraying too far from the target. The PD dries in the air a little before contact.
You can put a few more coats on with some success, but it's marginal.

This happened on my rear wing and I left it ... it does attract dust, and hangs on to cloth fibers.

EDIT: Sorry man, but I gotta tell you that red front license holder is, um, too much.

Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it. I am actually a 24 year old girl, who just bought this 4runner and I am going to school for the Toyota T-ten program. This is the first time I am really able to do what I want since I own it. I already peeled the red off of the license holder. I will re do emblems when its not 95 degrees out.
