The Rav4 mirror mod, i.e with the blind spot corner mirrors. Drop in replacement with 4Runner 2014+ mirrors.

Failed attempt at plasti-dipping the center of the hood. Peeled with the tape. Wasn't happy with the finish either though. :shrugs:

Looks bad bro. Vinyl option? Good thing is it will peel off pretty easy

Yeah, it was picking off inch by inch. Went to the car wash and pressure washed it off in 2 min. If I do that, it'll most likely be vinyl next time.

Bedlinered, hood strip, all chrome pieces and I mean all. Finished drilling and tapping roof rail cross bars and mounts. And the list continues since 5k miles of driving start next weeks. Really want to get some foil insulation to wrap and make window covers for cargo area windows but not a likely completion in 5 days minus.

I'd be interested in seeing your idea. I'd love something thats small and stash-able that I could pop up in my windows when I sleep in the back, just haven't really thought out how it will all work..

Yep!

I didn't do a good job installing my HID kit.

I ended up sealing the grommet with silicon.

Installed the rigid running boards last night. Very straightforward and quick. Took about 45 minutes. Looks great and the kids enjoy being able to get into the runner easier now. I also added the TRD Pro shift knob.

If that's the case, you didn't apply enough coats. The thicker it is, the easier it comes off.
