Manual says you can switch to 4H at any speed, and says to drive 50mph or slower while in 4H.

I'm in a '14 Ltd if it makes a difference although I don't see why that would differ across models.

Could you post your alignment printout? Curious how it looks, assuming you have stock UCAs still? I am looking to do the same kit soon. Notice any goofy road manners? Also any more pics would be great: side profile, front, etc. Thanks!

The guy that I use which is considered to be the best in a city with a population of 80k actually doesn't give an alignment printout. While driving it up there I did notice it was very easy to make it dart one direction or other so it was definitely out. He only needed about 15 mintues and said it went back to toyota spec with no trouble at all. It drives just like it did before the lift. I do have stock UCAs, no sense in replacing them as it will only ever get driven on the highway by the wife. Plus it only has 5k miles. Kit was very easy to install only took 2 hrs to do front and rear, I've used Daystar on quite a few applications in the past. I do like that it kept a little bit of rake which is good cause as the springs sag it should level out completely.

If you want any other pics let me know. Excuse the unwashed vehicle and muddy tire, it went from 20° to 70° with rain, back to 20° for today's high.

Replaced my engine and cabin air filters, I'd say they were a bit overdue. Curious that Toyota decided to remove the extra foam buffer on the new engine filters, cost cutting or deemed unnecessary I guess? I also mounted my Maxtrax using straps, some cam locks and a cable lock. I'm going to have a mount fabricated so that I can use the quick release pins, but this setup is secure and won't take too long to get them off when I need them.

Replaced factory front shocks and Daystar spacers with Bilstien 5100 fronts set at 2.5". 5100s and Daystar spacers with Airlift bags in the rear. Setup is perfect.

Just one of TRED boards cracked. We also had a pair of Maxtrax and they held up fine. They are definitely more flexible material than the TREDS. My buddy contacted TRED4x4 today and they are sending him a replacement board. Outside temps ranged between 22-26 degrees.

They are the tred 800s. From what I've heard the tred pros are superior due to design and material.

They are actually OEM running boards...been on the fence about installing sliders for a long time, however I do see a purchase in the future in aluminum for my POU. Until then, these have served me well accessing items on the rack when loaded.

Technically we did this Saturday. Got together with a few folks from Texas Overland and we did a little countryside exploring on our way to Cedar Creek Park on Lake Whitney for their Christmas food drive camp out.

Took my dad and brother out shooting over the weekend, realized I really miss having a truck at times hearing my steel plates and chains bounce around gets old fast.

Decided to take the long way home and push the old mans comfort zone some. I ride this trail on my dual sport on almost monthly basis and took our jeep on it once or twice. Its constantly getting worse with rain ruts. Some up to 3-4ft deep and the trail narrowing to where the 4runner would barely fit and has a couple really good technical steep hill climbs and descents.

Anyways wasn't planning on taking pictures but was finally lifted a wheel haha. Atrac didn't even flinch pulled me thru like nothing. Now I have a date with the pressure washer after work.

Thanks for that. I was looking into a set of either TRED Pros or Maxtrax. This brought up a concern I didn't know I had sand and snow are really the only two scenerios out here (mud can be but rare or avoidable) good to hear about a positive customer service experience too.

I recall reading something about this a while back. I am curious, what is the part #? It should be printed on the side of the element if you don't have the box. I have a few on the shelf, all have the pre filter.
