Dog doesn't look happy to be stuck in the crate...

Lol, believe it or not she loves it back there. She's 12 years old so just likes to lay down most of the time anyway. Her crate is lined with a memory foam dog bed...best seat in the house...errr vehicle. She's been cross country twice and is an awesome traveler.

Now the two kids in car seats in the second row....that's another story!

As for the rack....thanks! I believe I'm filling it out well!:girl: :boink:

Damn that's a long drive!!! I drove to buffalo from Long Island once, and I didn't want to drive back. Not because I loved it there, because it took FOREVER!!!!

My 2 cents.
I have SSO's hybrid front bumper with winch...about 150lbs together. Had King coilovers installed. The coilovers came with 550lb springs. Had those for about six months, but was experiencing too much sag /droop for my liking. Spoke with brian at King and decided on 650lb springs. Dont have specific measurements, but it appears lifted front end up about 3/4" with less preload on shocks.

This is a significantly better set up for me.

Bought my truck in Buffalo and drove home to Raleigh, NC the next day. Was a fun drive in the new truck, but it's definitely not a fun ride ha

1,054 miles and 18 hours straight through the night, Miami to Columbia, MD. Completely worth it to see the kids delivered to their grandparents on X-Mas Eve... #priceless!

Only thing that would have been the icing on the cake would be if it was 10 degrees colder and snow instead of rain.

Performed a Christmas miracle. Trying to change the front diff oil and could not get the drain plug out. Ended up stripping the damn thing in a progression of attempts. Then, out came the welder and the sacrificial parts. Need to go get a new drain plug after the holidays.

If I do it will be with the group going out to Green Ridge State park on the 28th. Most of my time will be on road visiting family and friends until later this week when we are driving up to Vermont for some skiing/snowboarding. If my schedule opens up I'll definitely send you a pm.

I will be back for 3-4 weeks in late June and July and would have more time then to do some fun exploring!
