Yea K9 rack. Just bought some L-shaped aluminum stock from Home Depot and cut to size, then painted. Measured the lights and drilled accordingly for the mounting holes.

Installed my Dobinson suspension, Light Racing UCA, and Spydertrax spacers.

Noob question here... How do you like your c4 sliders? Would you pick a different set if you could, or stick with the c4s?

Love my C4, wouldnt trade them for the world :thumb: I was looking @ these http://www.rocky-road.com/rock-sliders.html before i bumped into C4. On the bottom photo, look at the back of the C4, you will see scrape/rub marks from rocks. These things are heavy duty, wont easily bend or dent.

Bilstein 6112/5160 install
Just finished installing the Bilstein 6112/5160 combo. 6112 is set for 2.5 inch lift and I added SPC control arms. The 5160 is paired with Wheeler's T12 rear springs and Toytec bump stop kit. A friend of mine has all the tools and a garage so he helped with the install. It was pretty straight forward for the most part. So far I've driven around 100 miles with it and couldn't be happier. The suspension rides great and the truck feels much more stable now. Next up are some bigger tires

Argh, they kept us hanging until 2 even though it was pretty clear there was no way they were going to open. Helluva drive back to Donner Lake.

Just drove home from work in the Runner. Just sitting out on the back porch by the pool and watching the Tampa Lightning playing Edmonton.
August is definitely a win for you. Way too humid here.

Potentially best part is that the plan was to trade my '07, 80k mile, V8 Limited 4Runner in for the 5th gen (or sell it outright). But at the last minute, my wife decided she'd rather drive the old T4R than the Audi S-Line sedan she's been driving. So we'll have two 4Runners in the driveway!
