That's not fun. What was the diagnosis?

No one knows. TRD = no reply. Dealership stated brakes are only covered for 12 months or 12k miles. we tried. My ass you tried. I had to argue with them to do the alignment.

End result, because I still had the OEM rear pads, I had them put them back on. Im going to see how they last. So far the stopping, just a hair longer distance then all TRD pads. I still have TRD pads on the front with 90% pad left.

I Love my at3s. Didn't get 55k out of them but I wheeled hard so I didn't expect to. Planning on getting them again, but debating stock size or larger.

Washed her for the first time in like 6-7 months, dunno between CA drought conservation, off roading, and frequent rains, seemed like there was never a good time.

Also mounted my new CVT Mt. Shasta RTT. What a ***** and a half to mount to the Gobi adjustable crossbars. Ended up removing the bars and mounting the rtt to the bars first on the ground then moving it up top. It ain't coming off anytime soon.

Noggle mod?

So it gets hotter than the devils dangling diner here in az, and when your kiddos are in their proper rear facing seats they don't get to much airflow from the measly 2nd row vents. "The Noggle" is it's name, redirecting airflow is it's game!
I got the 6ft version made for "cars with front facing chillens" which is 6ft long, they also have a "SUV with rear facing chillens" that is 8ft long, that one seemed over kill and didn't need noozels running from the front vents all they way to his face. The 6' hose reaches just fine with adjustment to his dome area from the 2nd row vents. Local "babiesru" was not worth the trip, for poor selection. But $buy$buybaby had a huge selection of color and length(they make a Rv one....like 12ft?)
Anyways I think he's enjoying it! That or it makes it easier to grab his turtle! Lots of flexibility and options for placement for getting the air in their face! So far, very worthy for the lil one!


Second, removed front skids for oil change and rci squid marks tomorrow.........annoying squeak seems to jumped ship? I can only hope!!!

I've actually almost bought a Noogle several times from "Buy Buy Money" but never pulled the trigger. Looks good, I was thinking of getting one to set up when we use the 3rd row as well to get the occupants some cool air in the way back.

If you ran one from the front for the 3rd row it would work great. When they get older and forward facing then the kids can just hold the vent in their face or whatever( I may be aiming it on my neck when he's not riding w me)

Drove it home from mountains, passed a ton of Jeeps being trailered towards Moab, I assume for EJS. Most weren't even that built up! :repuke:



It's nice to drive something that I don't have to put on a trailer to get somewhere to then take off-road.

Stock for stock, Jeep eats Toyota alive off road. They don't have to be nearly as built as a Toyota does in order to run the same trail. I love my T4R but Jeep has historically always been a dominator off road. It's sad what Jeep has become today, they have lost their way. If they were still making real trucks like they used to, I wouldn't be a Toyota owner.
