Installed some skate board deck tape to super sliders - Rocky road units.

humm, never had that problem before....ive done this before on sliders i have on another 4x4 i own....humm, maybe the 4runner protrudes more, well see.

Honestly, it's not a very good comparison since my T4R is an SR5... The limited T4R would be a better comparison. The GC Trailhawk is ridiculously plush and loaded... I could rattle off a list of 20 things I'm impressed with, without stopping to think.
The T4R is what it's supposed to be, and much of its beauty is in the simplicity of it from my perspective.
The yota is my driver... the jeep is the lady's. They're both amazing. The lady's pretty nice too :nerd:

Username change
Scratch SaxainPDX. Decided to change my username to Avalchfan since I'm not in Portland anymore.. So remove Saxainpdx and add Avalchfan to the list for the brackets for the pillar handle, please..

Added the trail badge to Marv (my 5th gen name, chosen by my son lol)
I did not like the fact that this badge was a single piece, so I decide to cut the joint with a knife and paint those.
1. Started by cutting the letter joint individually and painted them to hide the white plastic showing up after the cutting. I did 2 thin layer of primer, 3 thin layer of black and 2 thin layer of clear coat to seal everything.
2. Then I applied double side tape to all letter, cutting the excess with a surgical blade.
3. Then I placed a ruler to set the letter correctly, and applied a masking tape so the letter would stay in the correct position while I would stick those to the truck.
4. Then with the tape on, I carefully applied the letter to the truck for a perfect fit.
