Well, an apparently slightly damaged alu-cab gen III
Less than happy.
Won't know how much this sucks until i hear back from the dealer i bought it from.

I like to crack my windows when i'm parked in the sun. Also, crack them while its raining.

Helps after it rains or any water on your truck and the windshield washer fluid if your on the freeway with your window down. It always seemed to like to drip on me, my door panel, and window switches if I cracked the window. Also you can leave the windows cracked when you park.

Finally got around to installing the lift over the weekend :banana:. Didn't take many pictures throughout the install. I'll post some before and after pictures soon.

Have yet to really test it out yet, still need to get an alignment. Can't wait for the weekend, just wondering where to go ??

...and yeah, I decided to get the rear liner as I'm going to wait a bit before any box mods in the back. Tomorrow interior lighting and new tweeters.

Replaced the passenger side ABS wire that broke during the install. Couple clips in the engine bay were a bit tricky but way worth doing over the $135 the dealer wanted for the install. All lights turned off on start up.

Getting Ready for Summer Fun

I received my new James Baroud Horizon Vision RTT today. I have not mounted it yet, but I had to unbox it and check it out. Light (100 lbs) and roomy enough for my girlfriend and I to snuggle during our outdoor adventures. Thanks to Josh and Roman at Bomber Products for getting it to me before summer.

Got it a younger wife, XSE V6. You blizzard pearl fans weren't joking, really looks good in the sun. Major upgrade from the sonata.

Lifted 4Runners look good. This may be too high.

Oil and filter change, replaced plastic oil filter housing with a metal one, tire rotation and brake check today. Brakes at 49K look good.

Finally got the suspension on today. Still kicking myself a bit over not sacking up and getting kings, but we'll see how these do. It's going to be a fun journey that started from mile 0.

Let us know what you think of the BP-51's as I think a lot of us are looking at those as an upgrade option. It looks like a great lift.

Will do for sure. So far I've got less than 150 miles on it, but initial impressions are great. My only (minor) complaint thus far is from Toytec, they sent me the wrong bracket to mount the reservoir. Spent some time trying to talk to their rep about a solutoin and after about an hour and a halfwe went ahead and custom fab'd one ourselves. The solution Toytec advised to mount the res behind the KDSS hoses wouldn't have worked because of hoses being in the way (they were looking at a picture where the KDSS cylinder is on the outside of the frame), so our bracket put the reservoir just in front of them. Other than that minor hiccup during the install, its been great so far.
